§ 618.13 BIRD SANCTUARY.

(a) No person shall trap, hunt, shoot or attempt to shoot or molest in any manner any bird or wildfowl, or rob bird nests or wildfowl nests, within the city, except as allowed by this chapter.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
