§ 210.02 USE OF RECYCLABLE PAPER; PREFERENCE TO BIDS.

   (a)   Council hereby declares the intent of the city to use recyclable paper whenever possible.

   (b)   Council will give preference to bids as much as 10% over the lowest bid amount if recyclable paper is being used.
