The Mayor and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into repurchase agreements with various brokerage institutions so long as the agreements are in the form of a PSA Master Repurchase Agreement. Prior to entering into any such agreement, the Mayor and Director of Finance shall first notify the Finance Committee of their intent to enter into such agreement.
