(a) No person shall stand or park a motor vehicle, truck or tractor-trailer at any time, unless in compliance with the directions of a police officer, or unless then engaged in business on the premises or loading or unloading merchandise, in any of the following areas:
(1) In any driveway of premises on which a building housing more than two families is located;
(2) In the areas reserved for public parking in any shopping center or store area, or on the premises of any gasoline service station or service garage; or
(3) In driveways, parking areas and other public grounds under the jurisdiction of the Solon Board of Education during hours prohibited by such Board as disclosed by signs posted thereon.
(b) No person shall stand or park a motor vehicle, truck or tractor-trailer, unless in compliance with the directions of a police officer, during the period after 2:00 a.m. and before 6:00 a.m. in any of the following areas:
(1) In areas reserved for public parking in any shopping center or store area;
(2) In driveways, parking areas or other public grounds of the city; or
(3) In driveways, parking areas and other public grounds under the jurisdiction of the Solon Board of Education, except with the specific prior approval of the Solon Board of Education.
