§ 208.01 MEETINGS TO BE OPEN TO PUBLIC.
   (a)   Unless otherwise provided in the Codified Ordinances, all meetings of Council, Council committees, commissions, boards, citizen advisory committees to Council and other similar public bodies of the city, shall be held at the City Hall, or any other place that may be designated in the published agenda.
   (b)   All meetings of the described public bodies shall be open to the public, unless an executive session is expressly authorized under the applicable provisions of state law. Nothing herein contained shall mandate that any public body permit public participation in such open meetings, unless specifically required by the provisions of the Charter or these Codified Ordinances.
