§ 446.07 AUDIBLE SIGNALING DEVICES.

(a) No person shall repeatedly operate any horn or other audible signaling device on any light motor vehicle except in an emergency or when required by law.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree on a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree on any subsequent offense.
