(a) No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in the city without having in full force and effect a liability insurance certificate policy or bond satisfactory to the State Public Utilities Commission, as required by R.C. §§ 4921.11 and 4923.08.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
