(a) No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle on any route other than the route provided for in the certificate granted by the State Public Utilities Commission, except as provided in R.C. § 4921.14.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
