(a) No motor transportation company, as defined in R.C. §§ 4921.01 and 4921.02, or private motor carrier, as defined in R.C. §§ 4923.01 and 4923.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways of the city in violation of any of the rules and regulations prescribed by the State Public Utilities Commission.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
