§ 204.01 CITY EMBLEM DISPLAY ON CITY VEHICLES; EXCEPTIONS.
   All vehicles owned or leased by the city shall display the city emblem on each front door. The aforesaid city emblem shall be at least ten inches in height and five and one-quarter inches in width. The emblem shall be reflective in nature and permanently affixed to the vehicles. Magnetic emblems are unacceptable. In addition to the city emblem, each city vehicle shall display a vehicle number for immediate visual identification. This legislation does not apply to the Mayor’s vehicle or to vehicles used by the city in undercover investigatory operations. Fire Department vehicles may display the fire/rescue emblem in lieu of the city emblem.
