§ 253.04 TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL.

   There is hereby created a Tax Incentive Review Council, pursuant to R.C. § 5709.85, to be composed as follows:

   (a)   Three members appointed by the County Executive;

   (b)   Two electors of the city appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of a majority of the duly elected or appointed members of Council;

   (c)   The County Fiscal Officer or his or her designee; and

   (d)   A member of the Board of Education of the Solon School District.
