§ 406.06 INCORPORATION, MAINTENANCE AND AMENDMENTS.

   (a)   The Traffic Control Map and File shall be prepared and maintained to date by the City Engineer and his or her designees under the direction of the Safety Director. The Traffic Control Map and File existing as of the date of passage of this Traffic Code is incorporated as a part of this Traffic Code.

   (b)   Amendments to the Traffic Control Map and File shall be made by legislation enacted by Council. Upon the effective date of such regulations or legislation and upon erection of proper signs and markings giving notice thereof, such amendments shall be in full force and effect. All such amendments shall be recorded on the Traffic Control Map and File by the City Engineer under the direction of the Safety Director.
