Within three months of the receipt of any proposal to approve, deny, or modify the City of Solon Master Plan from the Planning Commission, City Council shall review and consider those recommendations and shall either approve and adopt the Master Plan Recommendations, or approve some modification thereof. After the Master Plan has been approved by City Council, the Planning Commission and City Council shall consult with the Master Plan and adhere to its recommendations to the extent reasonable and practical in performing their duties and exercising their powers.
