SECTION 10.C. DUTIES OF THE MASTER PLAN CITIZEN’S COMMITTEE.
   The Master Plan Citizen’s Committee shall be an advisory body intended to represent a broad cross section of community attitudes regarding the present and desired future physical environment of the community. Through their input the Master Plan Citizen’s Committee shall be responsible for assisting the Director of Planning and Community Development in formulating the Goals of the Master Plan. The Committee may also be convened from time to time at the discretion of the Director of Planning and Community Development to provide feedback on various issues associated with the development of the Master Plan Document. The Director of Planning and Community Development shall convene and seek input from the Master Plan Citizen’s Committee on a regular basis throughout the goal formulation process and on an as needed basis throughout the balance of the plan review and preparation process.
