§ 298.01 DOCKET CLERK.

There is hereby established the position of Docket Clerk for the Mayor’s Court. The Docket Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council, shall aid in the maintenance of all records pertaining to the Mayor’s Court and shall perform such other services as may be required by the Mayor.
