§ 1660.04 USE OF HEAT-PRODUCING GRILLS.

No person shall kindle or maintain a fire, to be used for the preparation of food or for any other purpose, in any type of outdoor or portable grill in any apartment, condominium, townhouse, or on or below any apartment house, condominium, townhouse or balcony, or within 20 feet of any structure housing more than one family.
