§ 1630.09 INSURANCE PROTECTION.
   Any person, firm or corporation who or which desires to conduct blasting operations within the corporate limits shall post with the Director of Public Safety an effective certificate of public liability insurance with an accredited company authorized to do business in the state in the amount of at least $500,000, which policy shall protect such person, firm or corporation, the city, its inhabitants and the general public from any and all claims, damages and demands arising from each blasting operation. Such certificate of insurance must be approved in form by the Director of Law.
