§ 1486.06 CONSTRUCTION; PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No pool regulated by this chapter shall be hereafter constructed or established unless a permit to do so is first obtained from the Chief Building Official. A fee of $12.50 shall be charged for the issuance thereof.
