§ 1468.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall move, or cause to be moved, a building or other structure over public streets within the city without first having obtained a structure moving permit from the City Engineer. No permit shall be issued to any person until the applicant has complied with the following requirements:
   (a)   Submitted evidence of insurance as approved by the Director of Law, indemnifying the applicant and the city in the sum of not less than $1,000,000 for property damage and $1,000,000/$2,000,000 for death or personal injury;
   (b)   Submitted a bond in the amount to be determined by the City Engineer and satisfactory to the Director of Law, indemnifying the city for any loss or damage to streets or other public property such as but not limited to the removal of fire alarm wires, traffic lights and street lights and the cost of tree trimming and police protection and other expenses incurred by the city in connection with the moving of the structure;
   (c)   Submitted a letter signed by an official of any adjoining city or village into which the structure is to move to the effect that such city or village will permit the movement of the structure onto the streets of such adjoining city or village; and
   (d)   If the building is to be located in Solon, a performance bond with adequate surety in the amount of $3,000 shall be deposited with the Director of Finance, in form satisfactory to the Director of Law, to insure that such building will be securely attached to a foundation on the lot where it is to be located, connected with all necessary and available utilities, and rendered completely habitable within a period of 120 days after the permit is issued, and also to insure that all grading and drainage plans, including, but not limited to, rear yard drains, have been performed as approved by the Engineering Department.
