The permittee shall protect all sidewalks, curbs, pavements and other public or private facilities on site or on adjacent properties. If any damaged items are not repaired or replaced within 30 days after written notice is issued to the permittee, the city may repair the same and the costs thereof shall be charged to the permittee and deducted from his or her deposit.
