All underground storage tanks shall be removed and disposed of. Where cisterns or cesspools exist, the permittee shall notify the city of the existence of the same prior to the filling or destruction thereof. Cisterns and/or cesspools shall be emptied with the contents disposed of as prescribed by law, with the cavities or voids filled with approved material.
