§ 1450.02 TEMPORARY DRIVEWAYS; STORAGE OF MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES IN RIGHTS-OF-WAY DURING CONSTRUCTION.
   Prior to the start of construction of any building or other structure, a temporary driveway of limestone or other suitable material shall be provided and maintained at the job site, until the driveway is completed, to prevent the carrying of mud and other debris onto public streets and highways or any other street or road as defined in Chapter 1220. The owner, builder or other person in charge of the construction shall add additional limestone or other suitable material during the course of the work if deemed necessary by the City Engineer to prevent mud and other debris being carried on the public streets and highways. The owner, builder or other person in charge of the construction shall not permit the storage of construction materials and equipment or the parking of vehicles on tree lawns or within the berms of the right-of-way of any street or highway during the period of construction.
