§ 260.03 EXEMPT AND NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES.

For the purposes of this chapter, all employees shall be defined and/or classified as either exempt or non-exempt pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Final determination of such status will be made by the Director of Human Resources for all employees in the unclassified and/or classified services.
