§ 1256.02 EVALUATION REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS OF MORE THAN FIVE LOTS.

An environmental impact evaluation shall be filed by every applicant for approval of a residential subdivision of more than five lots and for other proposed developments when deemed necessary by the Planning Commission.
