No person shall violate any of the regulations of Grantwood Recreational Park. The regulations are as follows:
(a) With the exception of the golf course, Grantwood Recreational Park is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to sunset, weather permitting. The hours for the golf course shall be established by the Director of Recreation and shall be posted.
(b) No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park.
(c) No dirt bikes, motor bikes or off-road vehicles are allowed on trails, grassed or on wooded areas.
(d) Fires are permitted only in the grills provided. No open or ground fires are allowed.
(e) Fishing is permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and sunset. No ice fishing is permitted.
(f) All persons fishing must comply with all State of Ohio fishing regulations.
(g) Swimming and boating are not allowed.
(h) Pets must be on a leash at all times in the park.
(i) Firearms, air guns or bows and arrows are not allowed in the park at any time.
(j) Overnight camping is prohibited unless prior approval is granted by the Recreation Department.
(k) All trash is to be deposited in designated containers.
(l) Defacing of park property, vandalism and any other violation of these regulations is subject to prosecution and penalties pursuant to these Codified Ordinances.
