Compensation for golf instructors providing golf instructions at Grantwood Golf Course shall be as follows:
(a) The rate of compensation for golf clinics or other instructional sessions involving multiple students shall be at a rate not to exceed 75% of clinic revenues. The rates of such clinics and sessions shall be determined and set by the Director of Recreation based upon the number of participating registrants.
(b) The rate of compensation for individuals not covered under a contract (not to exceed 75% in total) shall be within the specified ranges detailed below as determined and approved by the Director of Recreation:
(1) Golf Instructor - $15 - $45 per hour for individual without a PGA card; and
(2) Golf Instructor - $30 - $60 per hour for individuals with a PGA card.
