§ 1250.25 REMOVAL OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION BARRIERS.

In subdivisions in the process of development, any temporary construction barrier which may have been installed in a street shall be removed when residences have been built and occupied on 60% or more of the lots on any such street.
