§ 1250.24 FENCING OF RETENTION AND SEDIMENT BASINS.

In any subdivision where, in the judgment of the City Engineer, the developer is required to install a permanent retention or sediment control basin, the City Engineer shall also require fencing of the basin with a six-foot high chain-link fence, wherever practical.
