§ 1250.23 CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROADS.

Where deemed feasible by the City Engineer, the developer shall construct one or more access roads for use by construction vehicles so as to minimize the safety hazards and inconvenience of subdivision development to nearby property owners, which roads shall be used as long as deemed reasonable by the City Engineer.
