§ 1250.15 SEWER CONSTRUCTION.
   (a)   Storm and sanitary sewers, where required, shall be constructed in accordance with specifications equal to or in excess of those prescribed and used by the city for such improvements when constructed by the city. The design of manholes, catch basins and inlets shall be in accordance with the specifications prescribed by the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer.
   (b)   All sewer pipe and joints shall meet the specifications set forth in the Uniform Rules, Regulations and Standards for Design and Construction of Sewerage Improvements, as formulated by the Committee on Uniform Standards, dated May 11, 1978, and adopted by this section, with the exception of the following deletions and changes:
      (1)   Section 2.204-B-4: Pages 3 through 21;
      (2)   Section 5.120-B: Pages 5 through 2; and
      (3)   Polyvinyl chloride pipe and fittings, A.S.T.M. D-3034, may be used up to 15 inches in diameter.
