The right-of-way widths of streets, service drives and utility easements shall be as follows.
(a) Main thoroughfares: 80 feet.
(b) Minor streets, including cul-de-sac streets: 60 feet. All cul-de-sac streets shall terminate in a circular turn-around having a minimum right-of-way diameter of 154 feet.
(c) Service drives: 20 feet.
(d) Easements for utilities shall be provided along rear and side lot lines wherever practicable. Such easements shall be at least ten feet wide.
