(a) All various programming for the Recreation Department, Grantwood Golf Course and Solon Center for the Arts will be set forth by the Director of Recreation and/or the appropriate manager and shall be subject to review, change, addition and elimination at the Director’s discretion.
(b) In addition, fees for all city recreation programs, Grantwood Golf Course programs and Solon Center for the Arts programs shall be set forth by the Director of Recreation and/or the appropriate manager and shall be subject to change as the Mayor or his or her designee deems necessary in accordance with the annual budgetary appropriations authorized by City Council for the Recreation Department.
