(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be fined not more than $150 for each lot in violation of these Regulations. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) In case any person violates or threatens to violate any of the provisions of these Regulations, as aforesaid, the Director of Law, in addition to the foregoing penalty, and in addition to the remedies otherwise provided by law, is authorized to institute an appropriate action or proceeding at law or in equity to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violation.
