§ 1222.03 SCOPE AND CONTENTS.
   (a)   The Major Street Plan shall encompass the system of vehicular circulation for the entire city and all the surrounding territory as may be affected.
   (b)   The Major Street Plan shall be prepared at a scale of 1,000 feet to one inch or a more detailed scale, and show, but not be limited to, the following:
      (1)   The presently dedicated streets of all classifications;
      (2)   The general location and rights-of-way of all planned streets and facilities, such as:
         A.   Freeways, expressways and other types of controlled-access highways;
         B.   Major and secondary streets; parkways;
         C.   Street extensions, widenings, narrowings, vacations;
         D.   Right-of-way width proposed; route numbers;
         E.   Grade separations at railroads and intersections of streets; and
         F.   Improvements at intersections of streets.
      (3)   Certificates of approval, scale, legend, north point.
