Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Street Planning Code (Title Four of Part Twelve of these Codified Ordinances) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
