For the purpose of this title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) MAPPED STREET LINE. The boundary of an area within which a future street or street extension, relocation, widening or narrowing is planned to be located.
(b) MAPPED STREET PLAT. A drawing of sufficient size, scale and detail to show with appropriate dimensions the exact location of the mapped street line or lines in reference to boundaries of property traversed by the mapped street.
