For the purpose of this title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) MAJOR STREET PLAN. A map showing a system of vehicular circulation comprised of present and proposed major and secondary streets of the county or a municipality and adopted pursuant to law.
(b) MAPPED STREET. Any future or planned street other than an existing street shown upon a street plan.
(c) NEIGHBORHOOD STREET PLAN. A map showing a system of vehicular and pedestrian circulation comprised of present and proposed local and secondary streets and other ways, easements or public lands of a neighborhood, and adopted pursuant to law. (A NEIGHBORHOOD shall be considered an area bounded by major streets, railroads, water or other physical features.)
