§ 1220.06 HIGHWAY SYSTEMS.
   For the purpose of this title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (a)   PRIMARY COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM. Shall be comprised of those major roads which connect centers of population or give access to points within a county, as designated by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (b)   STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM. Those major thoroughfares which are the most important rural and urban traffic arteries of the state and those auxiliary highways which are the principal rural and urban inter-county routes of statewide importance, as designated by the Ohio Director of Transportation.
