The basement of the Solon Historical Society property shall be used only by civic organizations and shall not be used by private individuals or groups for social functions and activities. The Mayor, or the Mayor’s designee, may, at his or her discretion, require that any group or organization using the basement of the Solon Historical Society provide a security deposit not to exceed $50 and/or a security person present when the building is in use.
