The following charges shall be made for use of the City Hall and the Solon Historical Society property.
(a) For nonresidents, including educational, nonprofit and civic organizations, the use charge shall be $50.
(b) A deposit of $50 shall be required of all residents and/or groups to ensure that the facility is cleaned after its use and to pay for any damage caused by the applicant. The deposit shall be refundable upon meeting or exceeding set specifications received by the applicant prior to the receipt of said deposit.
