§ 1064.08 COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF FEES.

All fees prescribed in this chapter shall be collected by the Cemetery Sexton and turned over to the Director of Finance. Any money remaining after the payment for labor and materials used in the operation of the cemetery shall be credited to the General Fund and thereafter used for maintenance of the city cemeteries.
