§ 1064.01 ANIMALS AT LARGE PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   No person, cemetery association or other organization owning, operating, managing or in charge of any cemetery in the city shall keep, maintain, harbor or allow to remain upon any of the property within the bounds of such cemetery any horses, mules, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, dogs, cats, geese, ducks, turkeys, guineas, chickens or other domesticated animals, except that domesticated fowl and animals may be kept by any keeper or custodian of such cemetery, provided the same are kept from trespassing upon the graves in such cemetery, and except that such horse or horses as may be necessary in the operation and maintenance of such cemetery grounds may be kept thereon but not allowed to roam at large about the cemetery.
