§ 1060.09 LITTER AROUND RECEPTACLES.

It shall be the duty of each owner/occupant to keep the area around receptacles free from rubbish and litter. The city shall not be responsible for garbage or litter around receptacles and shall only be required to accept the contents of the receptacle at the time of collection.
