§ 1060.08 PLACING CONTAINERS; REMOVAL.
   Authorized refuse and recycling receptacles shall be placed at the streetline on or before 7:00 a.m. on the day designated for collection but not before 7:00 p.m. on the day prior to refuse collection as designated by the Director of City Services. Receptacles shall not be placed for collection at the streetline of the property before 7:00 p.m. of the day prior to any of the following days: Sunday or the following legal holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Upon collection, all receptacles shall be removed from the streetline no later than 7:00 p.m on the day of collection. The authorized refuse receptacles shall not be placed in a manner to inconvenience the use of the sidewalk by pedestrians. Only rubbish should be placed in authorized rubbish receptacles and only recyclable material shall be placed in authorized recycling receptacles and shall be placed on opposite sides at the end of the driveway apron adjacent to the street, pursuant to § 1060.06(e).
