§ 1060.04 COLLECTION PRACTICES.
   (a)   Frequency of collection. Refuse and recyclables accumulated by residences shall be collected once per week.
   (b)   (1)   Limitation on quantity. The Director of City Services shall collect a reasonable accumulation of refuse or rubbish from single family and two family homes during a collection period.
      (2)   Special refuse problems. The removal of large amounts of refuse or rubbish which are generated by the homeowner, contractor, landlord or other agents of the property shall be the responsibility or the homeowner for disposal at their own cost. The city will not be responsible for the collection of these items.
