§ 1060.03 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF CITY SERVICES.

The Director of City Services shall maintain regular schedules of refuse and recycling collection and shall publicize the schedules by appropriate means. The Director of City Services shall have the authority to designate the days of collection.
