(a) There is hereby established the position of the Assistant to the Construction Project Administrator, which position shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor pursuant to Article V, § 5(b), of the City Charter.
(b) The Assistant to the Construction Project Administrator shall be responsible for various administrative duties as assigned by the Construction Project Administrator and work under the supervision of the Construction Project Administrator.
