§ 249.02 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Construction Project Administrator. The Construction Project Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor, pursuant to Article V, § 5(b), of the City Charter. The Construction Project Administrator shall report to the City Engineer.
   (b)   The Construction Project Administrator shall have full responsibility for all administrative aspects of construction projects performed in the city or such duties as deemed necessary by the City Engineer or his designee, and ensure proper adherence to plans and specifications. He or she shall approve all construction project invoices submitted to the City Engineer for payment as work is completed and accounted for.
