(a) There is hereby established the position of Assistant(s) to the City Engineer, which position(s) shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor pursuant to Article V, § 5(b), of the City Charter.
(b) The Assistant(s) to the City Engineer shall work under and be subject to the supervision of the City Engineer and shall perform such duties as may be delegated to him or her by the City Engineer.
