(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.
(b) Whoever violates § 890.19(i) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any employee of the city who violates § 890.19(i) shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
